Giving Tuesday

Most people know about Black Friday and Cyber Monday  …now Giving Tuesday is coming to Canada on November 27, 2018.

It is a Canadian movement for giving and volunteering, taking place each year after Cyber Monday. The “Opening day of the giving season,” it is a day where charities, companies and individuals join together to share commitments, rally for favourite causes and think about others.

What do I do?
Select a charity of your choice. We’re hoping you choose Volcano. Other charities participating in Giving Tuesday’s can be found here.

This Giving Tuesday, we are asking for support on two initiatives: The Book of Life and the Lava Dome!

How can I help spread the word?
Talk to you friends and family. Tell them who you are giving to and ask them to donate as well. Do the same for them. Even small donations add up quickly. If you choose to give to Volcano, be sure to share it on Volcano’s Facebook page, and Tweet @VolcanoTheatre
