Embodying Nepantla in Theatre Devising

Nepantla is the Náhuatl word for an in-between state.  Part of the workshop will be an introduction to the concept of Nepantla as a place of possibility where we include all experience and wisdom.  In this workshop we will both examine our practice, and devise applying the concept of Nepantla.  It is an invitation to explore ways to decolonize methods and honor our voice and purpose as theatre-makers and storytellers.
